Komatsu Care Plus
Scheduled Maintenance
Komatsu Care Plus is a continuation of the Komatsu Care program. In addition to regularly scheduled maintenance and national distributor coverage, you get added benefits, such as major component assurance, a 100% core value guarantee, and special financing.
Komatsu Care Plus II
Scheduled Maintenance & Repair
Komatsu Care Plus II includes everything in the Komatsu Care Plus program bundled with comprehensive repair coverage for qualifying repairs. This program also gets the benefit of fixed maintenance and repair costs, enabling you to calculate your operating budget better. This advanced maintenance and repair program must be purchased within 12 months of buying your machine.

Maintenance, Repair & Consumables
Komatsu Care Plus III is a comprehensive maintenance, repair, and consumables replacement program that simplifies your equipment鈥檚 total cost of ownership with a fixed cost per hour for qualifying repairs and replacements. You are billed based on your monthly utilization at a price per hour, which means that what you pay is directly correlated with your equipment usage. Komatsu Care Plus III is the first program to offer you maximum coverage for the first life of your machine and includes wear items.

You can also expect a commitment from Komatsu and your Komatsu distributor to deliver an ownership experience that鈥檚 second to none. We call it Komatsu Care 鈥� a complete service and advanced product support solution that Komatsu and our distributors provide to our customers for the machine’s life. Komatsu Care features our exclusive complimentary scheduled maintenance program: Eligible Komatsu Tier 4 construction machines come standard with factory scheduled maintenance for the first 3 years/2,000 hours. Complimentary Komatsu diesel particulate filter exchange and SCR maintenance service for the first five years/ 9,000 hours are also included.
